Jo Condrill

Coney

Bettye
Stevens Coney, an Award Winning former school
principal of the Lake County District Schools,
has over three decades of experience, working
in the trenches of diversity. The wealth and
concentration of her knowledge encompasses
the areas of human relations, education, program
research and development, school restructuring,
diverse school population climate and multiculturalism. Bettye
is the author of the book: ãMy Soul Speaks Truthä, which has been
adopted as a text at Stetson Universityâs Multicultural
Education Institute in Deland, Florida, and Lake Sumter Community
College for the course African American Literature. Coney
received her Bachelor of Science degree in
Music education (Voice) from Florida A & M
University, and her Master of Science degree
in Speech and Language from the University
of South Florida; Certification in Supervision
and Administration from the University of
Florida, and the University of Central Florida.
Her career
highlights include: Consultant for U.S. Treasury Department in
Washington, DC (Diversity Emphasis) Grant Reader, Principal of
the Year, recognition for professional Leadership Enhancement,
Leadership Lake County, Red Carpet Schools Award, Whoâs
Who In American Education, the Phenomenal Woman, Woman of the
Year, the Martin Luther King Exemplary Courage Award, Phi Delta
Kappa Recognition Award.

Tom Grady

Tom
Grady is a management consultant who specializes
in communication, teambuilding, marketing and
sales. He teaches communication skills, is
a frequent speaker at conventions and business
meeting, and coaches people to improve their
performance. Before starting his consulting
business, Tom spent more than twenty years
in industrial sales and marketing with Nalco
Chemical Company. During Tom's seminars,
people learn how to improve their communication to improve performance.
Effective communication is built on trust and values. By removing
negative blocks to communication, people are better able to build
relationships. The next wave of business process improvement
will be propelled by improved communication skills. Companies
that improve employee communication skills will gain market share
and improve profit margins. Tom believes that how

a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from University of
South Carolina and a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from the University

Art Jackson

Art
Jackson is an educator, consultant and professional
speaker. He is a recognized expert in the areas
of performance improvement through leadership,
team building, diversity and inclusion and
interpersonal skills. Art is the originator
of the Purpose Centered Leadership theory that
has been used to improve performance in many
facets of public and private life. Art is a graduate of
the United States Military Academy at West Point and Lesley College
in Cambridge, Massachusetts. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree
in Engineering and a Master of Science degree in Management.
Mr. Jackson is continuing his studies towards a Master of Theology
degree and is certified in pastoral counseling by the American
Association of Christian Therapists. Art

Covey and other prominent speakers. Presenting

the United States and Canada, Artâs expertise as a leader
has been recognized by his selection to Whoâs Who of
Professional Managers.
Art is the

second book dealing with Purpose Centered Leadership entitled ãMounting

Mark Tabron

Financial Services. He also served with the mayor of Washington,
D.C. on the board of directors of the Washington D.C. Sports
